HISTORY
Our firm has evolved since its founding in 1965 to the present FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc., established in 2000. Between 1965 and the present, the firm has included:
- Lawrence Frazier, Architect
- Frazier & Vigneau Architects
- Frazier, Lamson & Budlong, PC
- FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc.
During those more than six decades, the firm had maintained an office in East Hartford and has worked to establish long-term relationships with all of its clients. The office moved to Manchester location in 2022.
With nearly 100 years of professional experience, the principals of the firm bring an extensive knowledge base to every project that it undertakes on behalf of its clients. We have consistently focused its efforts on projects within the Central CT area following it to establish excellent long-term relationships with the administrative staffs of most towns and its land use agencies.
PHILOSOPHY
At FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc., we recognize our professional responsibility to develop creative design solutions that are sensitive to the client's program of requirements and budget. It is our goal to produce cost effective and energy efficient designs for you.
Attention to detail is critical to any project. At FLB Architecture & Planning, Inc., a principal of the firm is directly involved in every project to supervise the progress of the design process and communicate with the client through each phase of the work.
